Eliminate all reference to the material. The material makes you dissatisfied. Go back to nothing. That's where you were and that is where you have to be, to be the closest possible to the meaning. That is where it makes sense. Avoid answering any questions that divert you towards the material. If others have to cling to the material, so they rely on something they can see, because they can't deal with what they don't see, then that is their thing to figure out.
